Woodblock printing is a technique for printing text, images or patterns used widely throughout East Asia and originating in China in antiquity as a method of printing on textiles and later paper. This project focus on woodblock printing in three Asia countries: China, Japan, and India, which introduce the verity of printing tools, the processes, and the themes. You would find similarities and differences between these posters. The visual system in this project is vibrant, including contrast bright color, illustration, and bold type.

An augmented reality function is included in this project. Using the Artivive mobile app. Through the animation, sound, and music, the audiences could be involved in different printmaking atmosphere.
